This Privacy Policy explains how eSIM Ventures ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").
Account information. When you create an account — via email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google — we collect your email address. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we do not collect your name from these providers.
Purchase information. When you buy a data plan, we collect and store details of your order: the plan purchased, price paid, purchase date, and order status. This information is necessary to fulfill your order and provide customer support.
Payment information. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not collect, see, or store your card details. We only receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded or failed.
Device and eSIM compatibility information. To check whether your device supports eSIM technology, we may check your device model. This check happens on your device and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Language and currency preferences. We use your device's language and region settings to display prices in your local currency for reference. This is calculated on your device and does not involve sending your location to us.
We do not collect: your precise or approximate location, your name (unless you choose to provide it), any advertising identifiers, or analytics/usage data about how you use the App. We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
We use the information described above to: create and manage your account, process your orders and provide your eSIM data plans, provide customer support, communicate with you about your orders, and comply with legal obligations.
